If I could give this business NO STARS I would happily do so. I am a seasoned and professional Realtor. I deal with contractors every day of my life. I hired this company to replace all my eavestroughs, gutters and fascia. The work was completed in May of 2020. Warranty on workmanship as per my agreement is 4 years and the warranty on parts 25 years. I had 2 issues immediately with gutter guards that popped off (flying projectile metal, not at all dangerous) these issues were resolved in a few months (still a ridiculous amount of time but resolved none the less) I have a current issue with continual leaks in the gutter seams and initiated contact on Oct 25, 2021, to address this matter. I was given the run around by email and phone, was told someone was coming and then they never showed up, after that I called and emailed, and the receptionist would just tell me someone will call, and nobody ever did. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau today and advised the company of the complaint and urged them to connect with me and resolve the issue and instead I got a call telling me that he wishes me luck with my complaint, and he hopes that the Better Business Bureau will come out here and fix the issue for me before hanging up on me. GROSSLY UNPROFESSIONAL. DOES NOT HONOR THEIR CONTRACTS OR OBLIGATIONS. SUB PAR WORK AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU LIKE OVERPAYING FOR BAD WORK AND MISREPRESENTATIONS!
