ilovekickboxing Vancouver is by far the best workout I have had in years. I joined last week and have been coming as much as I can. Not because it's easy....it's not easy! BUT, it is a great complete body workout, the staff are very professional and will work with all levels of fitness and skills, the members are fantastic and overall it is just a great and positive experience. I can't wait to see the results that are in my future. Highly recommend it!
