iLoveKickboxing Vancouver. Where do I start? Fun, crazy, amazing, sweat, punches, kicks, family! Say what..? I started kickboxing a month ago. I can already feel the difference, especially in my upper body, when it is not soar from the training. But the great group of instructors makes up for it! When you first meet them you think: “Is it always going to be that intense?” HELL YES! It is worth it because you become a part of that family. Everybody, every member, every instructor just become one big, fun, sometimes weird but loving family. And as a plus, each class is actually different, so you never get bored.
