I am writing this out of frustration and shock. After a year of service, the treatment proved to be ineffective. My property has gone from minor infestation to major infestation of ants (according to their reports). Of course I requested a refund.
My interactions with one specific staff member, Lacy Polacco, Director of Customer Service has been extremely unpleasant.
Lacey Polacco was entitled and the information she provided me was false and untrustworthy. She lied about the price of a service call when it came to issuing my a refund.After she agreed that I absolutely deserved a refund. I do not think this is acceptable especially from a director of Customer Care. Lacey Polacco should be held to higher standards of conduct since she is the Director of Customer Care.
Ms. Polacco should be leading by an example and not be allowed to provide false information. She is lacking integrity, honesty and diplomacy. Insight Pest Solution do better at selecting your employees !
