Giving this dealership 1 star is higher then they deserve. After waiting 8 days, including emails and 2 visits to this shop AND offering a $5000 deposit. Their manager? emails to inform me he "had" (past tense) taken a $2000 deposit and the bike I was expecting to own was sold! Then because I expressed my disappointment in their service, he insults me buying stating "This customer gave a deposit, quick and easy deal and will be returning to orange motorsports for further accessories." If the manager/owner could have taken 5 minutes to finish quote with KTM part#s I supplied this would have been a great other new bike purchase for me and they would have been rewarded with a loyal customer. BUYER BEWARE-STAY AWAY Hindsight-probably for the best-better to learn about poor service before giving the $14,000. for a dirt bike
