I contacted this company to order a few things from them such as their stains, and the first person that answers the phone is the receptionist, she is extremely rude I asked her a question regarding one of the stains and didn't even attempt to help she said someone would call me back and hung up abruptly. When someone did finally call me back after a couple of days it was a gentleman by the name of Renato. He was also very rude and condescending and stated that in order for him to prepare a stain match I would have to purchase a certain amount of products, he stated that he has bigger customers to deal with and basically it sounded as if he didn't want the sale. He told me to call him back in a few days to follow up with him, as he will try to do it but couldn't promise me. I had a very short deadline and decided to call him back when his secretary answered again she said why I was calling?? and I explained to her the situation and she stated that he didn't get to it and wasen't going too, then hung up. I've never experienced such rude customer service in all my years in business I am highly surprised these people even have customers.
