I was charged double what I was quoted to move a stereo and interior from one car to another identical car. Afterwards they tried to explain that I didn't hear correctly even though I debated the charges directly with the salesperson. It was only after the fact that the General Manager Mark Stoakes tried to say that the quote I was given was per car. They blew my amp in the process which the fixed at no cost only after I pointed out that it worked fine when dropped off. They still tried to say it was not thier fault even though it went when they were installing it into the new car (their excuse was old age). Mark Stoakes has even gone so far as to point out the name of my manager at my place of work and weather or not he would agree with my use of time at the office. This is not professional behaviour... Buyer be ware. Charged 14 hours instead of 6 Blown amp (repaired after protest) incomplete work (refused to move seats due to airbag sensors-seats already out for work).
