Upon calling the owner, he blamed the US Postal Service's disorganization, and even if this was the case, the business had never provided any disclaimer before I placed my order that complications with shipping could occur, and the owner, instead of offering a refund on the payment for a service he could not ensure, or even politely explaining an inability to do so, yelled that he had issues with high blood pressure and passed the phone to his wife, so that she could speak to me and resolve the issue.
