Dr. Maqbool has been a godsend for my aging parents. Given his medical experience in gerontology, his ability to diagnose certain conditions, prescribe or decide not to prescribe medication and care for my parents has been exceptional. He is patient, compassionate, thorough and his ability to listen and understand my parents challenges is unlike the care we have experienced from any previous family physician we have had in the past. The office staff appears to be somewhat inexperienced. At times, appointments are overbooked and we have, on occasion, had to wait an hour for a visit. Hopefully office administration will improve with time. While Dr. Maqbool has recently begun his practice in Canada, he is a seasoned doctor and his care has been ideal for my parents.
