I am having worst experience here. I was late for my appointment which i accepted but i tried to call them 4 times to inform but nobody answered the phone, i don’t understand why they have phone there if they dont know how to answer it. If you have any policy that you are not gonna accept patient if they are late just make them clear at first place when they call you to book the appointment. The Indian lady sitting at reception, is totally disrespectful she don’t know how to deal with patients, please learn some communication skills before you sitting at that chair. She embarrassed me in front of about 7 others persons sitting right there, i mean r you even a human? I drink alot of water since morning and my bladder is about to burst they said we can’t accept you just because you are late. I am Sorry i am late but dont you cover other patient at my spot or R you guys do chill for half an hour. Worst place to got, please find other place if you want respectful or comfortable service.
