This company condones terrible customer service. I can appreciate they deal with some pretty high strung individuals that can be somewhat demanding, but the way they treat their customers is appalling. I called to inquire about the ETA of my dress to be told it would be another 2 - 3 weeks. I said I was not happy with that and was asked "Well, what do you want ME to do about it, I can't help you so don't kill the messenger." REALLY?? How about offering to call the supplier to find out what's going on? How about offering to have the manager look into it if you can't manage it? I am totally disgusted!! Basically I was told just to wait, no offer of help or apology. I was told upon ordering this dress it would be in by the end of August, now I will be lucky if it arrives in time for my daughter's wedding.
