To whom this may concern, In the spirit of Christmas and all the joy of giving and receiving ... It gives me great pleasure to acknowledge that this spirit is alive and well within the heart of one of your very special employees in the Flower department , at your Fortinos Store, Fiesta Mall , location. I only know that her name is Lynn as she was too humble to give me any more information. However, I have renamed her , The Flower Whisperer. Lynn has a sixth sense , an intuition to answer to the wants and needs of her customers by magically piecing together their limited request for a flower arrangement. She created visually, the feeling of my emotions. Last Monday, December 07, 2020, I called from Waterloo, to order my mom flowers as a gift from my dad . My father passed away a few years ago, and December 10th was his birthday. With the regulations for visitation with Covid... I knew it would be a nice gesture to surprise her with flowers from my dad and to thank her for instilling a lifelong love of the magic of Christmas in my heart . Lynn a.k.a. the Flower Whisperer - translated my request for yellow flowers/something special into a spectacular, take your breath away, flower arrangement, with such stunningly beautiful artistry. Her artistic flair and design exceeded all my expectations! She suggested adding an ornament , which was of a Cardinal. Well, she could not have known that the Cardinal bird is the symbol bird for my dad. Wow! I felt as if he and Lynn were working their magic together to make a special gift for my mom. She was so kind , enthusiastic, caring and read my emotions so well . She called me at the end of her shift, to say the flowers would be delivered next day. She hoped my mother would really like the flowers. That in itself , told me a lot about her dedicated work ethic and her attention to detail to ensure absolute customer satisfaction. My mother phoned the next day with so much awe and love in her voice. She was amazed at the beauty of the red tipped, yellow roses, the white flowers, the lush greenery and the design ... It was truly so heartwarming to have given her so much beauty and joy. I said, Mom , it wasn't me, it was all Lynn and her artistic flair! My mom loved the Cardinal ornament with the inscription, Grandmother. She said, how did she know what that meant to us? Anyways, my mom has called me many times describing the beauty of her bouquet/ornament . My sister from Hamilton sent me pictures but said they don't do them justice , the flowers are so spectacular! So, you may already know about Lynn's abilities, but I needed to make sure you do. You have a gem in your midst. Please make sure to value her and the extra she puts in her special touch! The funny thing is we are both named Lynn. I think it was kismet that she took care of my order. Lynn gave both my mother and I a beautiful gift ..
