Booked and paid for an SUV rental via zuzuche.com (for a 9-day family vacation from Toronto to Niagara falls ) before I read the google reviews. I only waited a few minutes at the airport for a ride to the rental place, took around 10 minutes to do the paperwork at the counter and check the car at parking lot, customer service was good, and the car looked and ran fine. When I returned the car, the shuttle driver was around, so a customer service rep drove us to the airport for free. Its very good experience, I'd rent from this place again.
