I’ve had different issues over the years but always went back. Today was my last time. First week back and only had two people working. I went in and as usual, nobody to greet you....just someone yelling from behind the wall behind the front counter. I didn’t understand what they said with everyone wearing a mask so I sat in the waiting area. I sat there for 25 minutes when one person was finished with their customer and came to talk to me. He asked me if I had an appointment and when I said no, he asked what I wanted to do. I said a manicure and pedicure. He gave me the colour palette to look at. The other person said something to him and he proceeded to wash out the pedicure basin. The other person then came over to tell me they had two people with appointments at 3 and they wouldn’t be able to help me. This, after I waited so long. I left and went to another place not far away. They had 5 people working plus a receptionist to greet me. Everyone was busy but she said if I could wait 5 minutes they could help me...and they did. This will be my new place.
