Made a complaint after our son was physically abused by a staff member (dragged by his arm forcefully). They moved the lady to a different daycare no disciplinary action. Then had a concern we voiced over email about our child playing chestnuts at the daycare when he has a known allergy to nuts.Their response was to kick our son out of his daycare no notice via email. At no point we're we ever agressive.
