I made a reservation for a Mini Van two weeks advance for a weekend vacation with family. I received a confirmation email confirming the reservation. I received a call a day before the pick up date at 4PM saying that they don’t have any mini van available for tomorrow. All mini vans are sold out. I had to cancel all my vacation plans because I couldnt find a minivan at other rental places. This thrifty location is very poorly managed and very irresponsible people work there. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION.
