I was expecting a flower delivery on 14 Feb. I understand it's a busy time of the year but businesses should accommodate for that.
I called on the 15th and was politely told (upon my time request) that the delivery would take place same day after 5 pm. I specifically gave my cell phone as my land line is not working.
At approximately 7:30 pm I called again to inquire about the delivery. She continually cut me off and spoke over top of me stating 'I'm telling you what to do' (I believe she may have been asking 'WHAT do you want me to do?')? I'm giving her the benefit of doubt here. Despite the fact that I left my cell phone number, the driver apparently did show up but called the land line.
When I told her that I was going to call the flower company that the order was placed with, she became even more rude. When I asked for the name of the owner, I learned at that time that I was in fact speaking with the owner. She was out right rude and belligerent.
If this is her idea of customer service, well, quite frankly, I'll take my service requests elsewhere. When I felt I had enough of her hostility, I hung up on her. The company that she flowers were ordered from will most definitely hear from me.
Unacceptable!
