Their products look excellent, with outstanding pricing. BUT, looks ARE deceiving. We had close to 100 equipment failures, and the company not only refuses to acknowledge it, they will not accept returns on most, and on the returns they did accept, they are refusing to issue a payment, stating that we need to use it as CREDIT ONLY... but why would we buy more valves that will fail??? I recommend only for extremely low pressure application. Butterfly valves will seize up, checks will blow apart and has destroyed many pressure regulating valves on our equipment. Overall in our vendor reviews they scored a 6 out of 100 points.
