From the first point of contact until the crew left our driveway at the completion of our roof replacement, we are thrilled. Our roof replacement was delayed while we waited for our solar system to be removed and Ken fully understood and waited patiently. The day our project was to start, the QCR team showed up right on time, they were polite and professional. As it was early in the morning, they also showed great respect for our neighbours and worked as quietly as possible. After a short lunch break, they were back up on the roof, then cleaned up our driveway, lawns, and porches before finishing for the day at 5:00 pm. Each of the three days that they were here; this was the same behaviour. Not once did I cringe thinking we made an error on choosing a company that we were literally spending thousands of dollars with. Ken came by our home each morning to check on his crew and to see if we had any concerns or questions. In one of our conversations, Ken mentioned that he is running his business to make a name for QCR as being one of the best roofing contractors in the Kitchener-Waterloo area and I can see that he and his team are well on their way. We will be recommending Ken Irvine, his team, and Quality Care Roofing Inc. any time we are asked about a roofing contractor.
