Hired him to do a renovation and addition on our home. Started August 2020. We were given a 3 month timeline. 9 months later our house is half finished, he has $50,000 + of our money unaccounted for and is refusing to come back and finish the job or return our money. Was supposed to oversee the new sump pump installed. He didn't and our basement flooded. Won't take responsibility for that either even though it is written in the contract. The list goes on and on. We just wanted to move back in our home But can't because he has the majority of our money that was left to finish the house and will not come back to finish the work and has completely abandoned the job and no settlement. Water damage, damages outside. Complete and total negligence. The most unprofessional and terrible/ pathetic service "company" imaginable. DO NOT GET HIM CONFUSED WITH BLAIS CONSTRUCTION LTD(who is actually a professional company). ALL of the other bad reviews are absolutely true. Do your research and yourself a favour and hire someone who is an actual professional.
