After having had a really challenging day the day before with the online app & call center, I went into the store. Casey was the only one working and I couldn’t have asked for someone better. Casey was apologetic for the experience I had and was genuinely happy to help me. I feel like she went above and beyond to make sure that I left the store happy and I definitely did. She was able to resolve all the issues I was having and did it with a really positive and happy attitude. Total breath of fresh air! Thanks again Casey :)
