Horrible experience dealing with the travel agent. Avoid at all costs.. Here is a summary of my experience: * Includes a booking fee that they do not inform you about on booking, but include that in your invoice, and unless you read the invoice, you will not know you have been charged the fee * If you want anything done, you have to call them over and over again, and follow up several times before they get it done. * God forbid you need to cancel your flight. They charge a $250 cancellation fee on top of the airline fees, per ticket!! If you paid $200 for a ticket, as I did for my infant daughter, they will charge you the $250 cancellation fee, so I had to pay an additional $150 to cancel her ticket. Had to lodge official complaints through TICO. One of the most unprofessional and shady agents around, and if you want to have a good experience, pick a different agent
