WORST SERVICE EVER. I ordered through a large chain who contracted out the job to Leduc Florists. I paid $120 for a very large bouquet that looked like it was picked up for $15 at Safeway. When I contacted the large chain, they apologized and were EMBARRASSED by Leduc Florist's bouquet. They offered to re-send it at no charge. Leduc Florists actually went to my sick colleagues house and DEMANDED THE OTHER FLOWERS BACK. Wtf?! Who does this?! I will never use this company, and I will tell everyone I know about this experience. Unprofessional and RUDE.
