I went to get my engagement ring resized, it ended up being to big so I went back today. The manager wouldn't even look at my ring, he just said that he doesn't make mistakes and if I did want it fixed I had to pay more money. When I asked to talk to someone else he said he was the owner, then he asked if I spoke English and swore at me. Not impressed, horrible customer service. He was still hollaring at me from across the store as I was leaving.
