We bought a shower column from this store about three years ago- when a cartridge inside the column broke two months ago, we went to see them to order a replacement part- and the service dept. was unable to help us even though we brought the unit in. After pressure, they ordered another replacement cartridge for us- which took a month and a half to get and is STILL not the right part. On the lat visit this week, the service dept. was unable to serve us properly, and provided us with another cartridge that was not the right diameter AGAIN. We are very unhappy with the level of unprofessional service we received, and my review reflects this. DO NOT shop here. I hope this serves as a warning to everyone doing bathroom renovations.
