Booked an appointment online and went in and said I had an appointment. Only one lady there on August 24/22 @3:30 at 200 Highland Rd W, Kitchener, ON N2M 3C2 booked with Stylist Rekhah and she said we had NO appointment booked and wasn't interested in even seeing the confirmation I had by email was just plain rude plus walked away from the conversation, just said I could wait until she was free. BAD SERVICE......and .....RUDE STYLIST......Never will go there again!!!!! Walked in Magic Cuts on Ira Needles and was treated as a valued customer and Stylist was very polite and had great customer service skills. Definitely would recommend going there over First Choice
