I dropped off my lawnmower very early in June. It wouldn't stay running?? When I dropped it off I sensed the fellow couldn't care what was going to come out of my mouth.
I mean I'm just an average Joe that has a lawn care business, right. What would I know. I'm only a customer. How dare I try to communicate what I would like to be serviced. Shame on me!
Well it's June 27th and still nooooo call??. So I dropped in with my #11496 on the back of the business card handed to me. The fellow at the counter was not rude in any way but most certainly had very little customer service skills. He pulled out my sales order and simply told me what they had done and asked for $90+.
They did an oil change, replaced the spark plug and THEY REPLACE MY BLADE????? THEY ALSO SCRAPPED GRASS UNDERNEATH??? WHY????? WAS THAT ONE OF THE REASONS THE MOWER WOULD STAY ON???
I left without my mower.............EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED
