I went to submit information that they asked for to renew my AIC blood work. He was very rude to me and said they never do that. It’s my responsibility to get my own prescriptions. His assistants (2) previously asked for my Doctors info and said they would fax him. He denied that they do that. He didn’t say one kind thing it was like he wanted to leave early and I was a major inconvenience to him. I am 64 and I have never been treated like this ever and I have never treated someone like this I actually feel sorry for him. I will not be back to continue my blood work.
