The easiest way to explain the way Shawn Phibert and SMP Law works in my personal opinion is to compare Mr Phibert and SMP Law of Mississauga Ontario to an automobile repair shop. You go in needing an oil change but the mechanic changes the engine because that will cover his "butt" with his boss (i.e he can't be faulted later for not doing EVERYTHING even though the problem did not require that he charge for all that needless extra work) ...after which he blames you because he is too busy and has other more important cars to fix...then when you really need the car he does a rush job and fails to fix the original problem ...When you are forced by circumstances beyond your control to bring the car back to him but he doesn't try to fix the problem he simply charges you to replace the entire engine again and charges accordingly (rinse and repeat) In addition he also "low ball's" the estimate by around 400% Unfortunately if you are the customer by the time you realize what is going it would cost way to much to fire him and hire another mechanic to start all over again so you cross your fingers and hope When you try to speak with him he will not respond to your emails or phone calls ...he simply lets his office manager/collection agent contact you "BUYER BE WARE" BIG TIME!!
