I ordered an alternator from them but when I brought it to my mechanic it was the wrong one. Then they said they couldn't get the correct one, and "sorry but no refunds on the one you already bought for $238, which I made you incorrectly buy"!! We had to call head office, and they approved a refund but only with a 20% restocking fee! Yep, they charged me $48 to walk in and walk out of their doors! Complete robbery! Stay away. Period.
