I am a leasing agent. I've seen many properties after they've supposedly been cleaned but, clearly, it was not a professional cleaning. And I suppose if you have regular cleaners every couple weeks, you can choose the cheaper contractors. However, if you want a thorough cleaning that includes the heavy stuff like cleaning the oven and refrigerator and windows , then Custom Maids is the way to go. In our business, we become quite familiar with the level of service that the various maid companies provide and the costs associated with them. We won't use anybody but Custom Maids.
