I took my car there because the "check engine" light came on. They charged me $500 for the repair, but when I drove away the light was still on. I went back and complained, they said they would take care of it. When I picked it up again, they said "The light won't come on now. No charge." Seven months later I had the car serviced somewhere else. They told me the light wasn't coming on at all, even when it was supposed to (during ignition); maybe it was a burnt-out bulb. So they took the dash apart and found that the light had been sprayed over with black silicone, and the problem that had caused it to come on in the first place (air fuel ratio sensor) had never been fixed.
