We bought expensive stuff for our new kitchen about 3 and a half years ago. As well, we opted for extended guarantees for all of our appliances. On three occaisons we tried to use the guarantee supplied not by the maufatcurer but by JC Perrault. Our Bosche Diswasher was giving an error message and not working. Get this it took 4 weeks for some one to fix the machine. We had a problem with our fridge which was fixed promptly. In the last 12 days we have been trying to get the JC Perrault to honour its extended guarantee of ou exhaust hood. The moter comes on at all times of day and night and one of the lights shuts off regularly as well. We started this process 123 days ago and have nothing but the runaround. I would never buy from these people again. We bought our new washer and dryer from the competition, Ethier, and had a warranty repair of the washer without any proplem or delaying tactics. Go somewhere else for your appliance needs.
