I would like to make you aware about a problem with your product. A senior friend purchased a pair of your shoes. She has multiple disabilities and does not leave her home often which means there has been almost no wear and tear on these shoes. Recently, while getting out of the car at a mall, the sole of one of the shoes broke apart and nearly caused her to fall. I have images of the damaged shoe and can provide her contact information.
