We ordered a very large L-shaped sofa. Very classic style. From the time we walked in the door 7 weeks ago and were served by Lovey Dhaliwal to the time the sofa was delivered 2 days ago, we were astounded by the excellent customer service. Lovey let us borrow the leather sample more than once while we searched for an area rug. She made thoughtful suggestions and was very good at calculating the size of the sofa as we were afraid of making a mistake. Lovey also was instrumental in helping us pick the right leather colour and the proper leather grade. She spent a lot of time guiding us and worked tirelessly past regular working hours to ensure that we would be 100% satisfied with the end product. Lovey was also extremely patient with answering all our many questions. I can't say enough about the delivery service. The 3 men were wonderful from beginning to end. They were very friendly and professional even though it was late in the day and we were their last delivery. The pieces were quite heavy and they were able to get them through our door and place everything without scratching anything. Even moved our heavy glass coffee table back into place. When asked by me, the men affixed the felt protectors on all the legs of the sectionals. Picked up all the wrappings to dispose themselves. We were also pleasantly surprised with the follow-up service. We received a phone call 2 day Slater to ensure that all was okay with our product.
