I've been working out here since January and I just keep loving it even more! The instructors are incredible, the facilities are spotless and the atmosphere is simply incredible! Cheap parking and completely worth my drive across the city. I love how the instructors never guilt you or pressure you to do more than you're capable of, but manage to completely motivate you to push yourself farther with each class. Kickboxers of all abilities and experience can share the mat and be sure of getting a killer fun workout. This place is AWESOME!!!
