Customers would be less stressed if the Direct Energy reps were no longer waiting inside the exit to harass them about switching energy providers. Customers can't leave the store without passing them. Everyone wants to be polite, but I hear people complaining a lot after they get by the reps. Lately, the reps have been accosting Walmart customers before they get to the line-ups for the cash out as well. I was in men's wear when it happened to me, well within the store. The stores have good locations and diversity of products, but the Marlborough Walmart may not be seeing as much of me, due to the Direct Energy reps.
