if you want a really low appraisal 100,000.00 yes one hundred thousand dollars less than your property tax assessment, and then to be threatened with a lawsuit, then get this company to do your appraisal.....either extremely unknowledgeable (either that or he knows me and hates me) or extremely unprofessional......
