Warning Arbor Investigators,Vancouver Private investigators, Kelowna P.I. And Surrey P.I. (All part of Arbor investigators) if you need a P.I check with private investigators association of b.c. They can direct you to well reviewed p.i.'s. Look for reviews online. These companies do not have them. I used them and they could not even return a phone call or respond to a email.took them 5 weeks to give a accounting of my account after I canceled, then it was a basic word sheet. They gave me ZERO results.took to BBB then after another 2 weeks gave a more detailed accounting, and told them some info they found. According to them the last work they did was Dec.20,13 then they gave BBB info on my account on Feb.13,14. they at NO time gave me the information ( very basic info nothing that helped me) but why would they not of given me the info they claim to have found, I asked them they refused to answer.I was able to later find more info, they claim they could not find with their connections and well seasoned pros. Do your homework before hiring a PI , I honestly do not believe they did the work they claimed to have done, I do realize there are no guarantees , but if they look into someone's history they could not find that persons court history. I did tell them I was doing this to protect a child yet, I believe they did nothing. Why not return a email? Why not give me the info you claim to have? I think they did a financial check on the person after I complained so they could say "look at we found" but they forgot they NEVER told me the info.
