Very rude customer service. Blinds were the wrong size. After many phone calls and visit to the store, "George" finally came to have a look at them. He was insisting that they were the right size. I had a gap of about 2 inches on either side which allowed the sun to shine in our kitchen. He finally removed them and install new ones, The is still a gap. The cord was now on the wrong side and left me with holes in the frame. George also left a mess in the kitchen. Do yourself a favor avoid, avoid Mars Blinds !!!!
