I recently joined iLoveKickboxing Hurontario because I was looking for workout classes close to home. The instructors are amazing, experienced and they keep people motivated!!! The structure of the classes is great because they provide a full body workout incorporating cardio and boxing. The classes are fun and engaging with great results!!!
