Poor Deck Build Ability. I hired Derek because he was recommended by another contractor but was really disappointed with the level of his finishing. This contractor also does not carry liability insurance, so make sure you have some if you decide to go this route. He will give you every excuse why something is the way it is and say that you asked him to do it that way. Working within a budget does not give you an excuse for poor workmanship Derek!
