I went to Heritage Valley Starbucks today (Feb 25, ) around noon and I asked the supervisor Tetiana to be kind enough to grind the coffee beans that I purchased from Costco. I have been using Starbucks coffee beans for more than 10 years and I never ever had any issues getting my beans grinded. She said that she wasn't allowed to do so. no outside food or outside beans allowed in the store. the beans that had was Starbucks beans purchased from Costco. I asked her again if she could kindly do it this time as I have no grinder. She also refused. I left to a different Starbucks store and they did it with no questions asked. I am very disappointed that I didn't get the service that Starbucks offered to their customers. She was rude and not accommodating at all. I will rate this store and their customer service ZERO rating.
