I had problems with the bottom of my walkout basement stairs flooding. My house has a raised basement with stairs leading to ground level completely outside the house. During prolonged heavy rain or rapidly melting heavy snow, I get a lot of water into the basement from this area. I tried sealing all the edges and corners where I thought water may be leaking through but no luck.I have decided to address to the company Aquresist Inc. They have helped me to stop the leakage. Guys did work fast and professionally. Now my basement is dry and no leaks any more. After last rain I didn't notice any leakage. And also their price was reasonable. Thanks guys.
