Worst customer service EVER! When I originally contacted them for an order they were very quick to call me and take my money but after that FORGET IT! They sent me faulty steamer that is leaking and I have sent several emails with no reply at all. After a while I finally did receive a reply saying they would send me replacement part and that was over a month ago and still no part and no replies to my email. Do not deal with them! If there are issues you will NEVER get the resolved!
