I took my 89 year old mother today, Feb 5/20 at 8:45 am to Ranchland Laboratory. Your staff with curly black hair and dark brown complexion asked her what time her last food intake. My mother did not hear her question so I repeated it to her. Her answer was, she only had water this morning. Your staff said she doesn't have to know about her water intake. Your staff asked her again what time was her last food intake. She said she last ate before midnight. Your staff said to specify the time. I looked at your staff as the tone of her voice was not friendly. She was frowning while listening to my mother. I asked your staff why she was frowning and looked very impatient? She totally ignored me and turned away. When we were done with her my mother told me she was rude to her. I hope you'll do something about your staff poor attitude. Thank you.
