My son has been a member with Cascadia Martial Arts for almost two years now, and we have nothing but good experiences to share. Along with an amazing connection with each instructor, my son has learnt some very valuable life lessons here. He is much more confident in himself and his surroundings. He has learnt respect beyond anything I could have instilled in him myself. And he loves to show off the new techniques he's learnt to his friends and family. Kenneth loves to put his uncles to shame by being able to do more push ups then them. And he practices daily. Sometimes we have a struggle with his focus, but a little one on one time with an instructor, and he's back on track in no time! The best thing I could have done for Kenneth was to enroll him in Taekwondo with Cascadia Martial Arts.
