NO START! Do not bring your pet there if you don't want to be hurt for yourself and your pet! When my puppy was 6 months, I bought a 6-months medicine package there for deworm and defleas as they recommended. It's 1 pill per month and started from Feb. 2014. I fed my puppy the medicine in Feb., March, April, and May. When I wanted to feed her again in June, I found the expire date is April 2014! I called the hospital right away but the person who answered the phone was inpatient and just asked us to go to the clinic to change. We went to there. No apology at all! As I know, the medicine's expire date can be at least 2 years since it's produced. My puppy took 3 pills, which was the end of expire date, and 1 pill past the date. The manager only changed the pills that we hadn't used yet. That is so..... We didn't ask the reparation for potential harm for the puppy. But at least they should change the whole package. No one want to pay full price to buy almost expired and expired production! The manager argued that this was 2 parties thing, which implied we should be responsible for it too. And they have thousands productions so that they cannot check it everyday! I was so frustrated about it. I told her that I don't want to change and return my box back. She refused to return back but took the box away without I agree! I had to record down what she did by camera - I asked her return my box but she took it to her office and refused to bring it back. Then she threatened to call police! This is the worst experience I've ever had! No one would expect to pay the money to buy harmful production and hurt! DO NOT bring your pet there for your and your pet's health!
