Pays ALL employees less than $20/hr, which results in very poor work. One example is CONSTANT emergency water shut downs. They barely clean the elevators which result in a smell. They ignore pests (pigeons) which result in unusable balconies for some tenants, and there's droppings all over the walkways towards the building.
