CAA had abandoned us in Guelph because he could not get the hood catch open, so he called for a tow truck. Less than 30 minutes later Blaze arrived, got the hood open, and gave us a boost so that we could get home to Waterloo. He then lubricated the hood catch so that it worked more easily. He also cleaned up the mess he had created. All the time he was very pleasant and courteous.
